Originally from London, England, Aron first came to the U.S. to coach youth soccer from 2008 to 2011, then moved to Chicago permanently in 2013. He spent seven years at Equinox (2013–2020) before launching his independent practice. In addition to his work in fitness, Aron has a background in youth soccer coaching, working with players across all age groups.
